No. They’re now just announcing it. It doesn’t mean that they haven’t put it on disc. Not coiunntg Desperate Escape and Lost in Nightmare, do you remember all the Resident Evil 5 DLC. The extra costumes and the versus mode? All those were already on the disc and required a DLC unlock patch to be available.Street Fighter 4. All DLC already on disc. Super Street Fighter 4 was the same.So no. I can guarantee that these were already on disc and just like Street Fighter 4 and Resident Evil, they’re there to get more than the $59.99 by screwing fans over. Again. I mean it’s such bullshit that companies release DLC so close to release and really plan it this way. With Call of Duty, even though I hate the series, atleast Activision had them to start developing the new map packs AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE GAME. Not just either completely done or almost completely done with the map packs. With MvC3, both Jill and Shuma Gorath for sure had to be tested and fine tuned to not be ridiculously overpowered or underpowered so these characters were already in development for a long time, guaranteed as I’m also sure this new(if it’s new) has been being developed for a long time as well.DLC and patches is something that, while it hasn’t ruined gaming, it’s certainly bad for gaming. Even for PC releases the developers put as much time and effort into creating a complete game with as few bugs in the game as possible. Rarely you’d play a PC game that had any problems back then. However a lot of PC games gave you free updates on a regular basis rather than the bullshit we see right now with every fucking company trying to fuck their fans over with ridiculous bullshit. Games being released well known to be incomplete and filled with bugs so that gamers can complain about the bugs and then the development team fixes them. If no one complains then they’re not bad enough to be fixed. The seventh generation of gaming is the worst we’ve ever had. While not all, most games are lackluster in comparison to the amazing library of games that came out in prior generations, and most games are incomplete or filled with all sorts of bugs and glitches. Let’s not forget that there’s more shovelware than ever before as well.VN:F [1.9.15_1155](from 0 votes)
